Six months ago I had an idea:
The response was more than decent, it was amazing and quite humbling, with responses coming from places I would never think to find an Airbag reader. So I went to work (with the masterful help of Ethan and Ryan whos ideas and efforts made this whole thing possible) designing the best possible frame for all these wonderful glimpses into the lives of readers from all over the world.
Many of you have waited for too long to see this, and for that I apologizework has been a little more than hectic. Oh, and I may have some entrants in the wrong time zone, but that's easy enough to fix, just let me know.
Without further ado I give you: Airbag: As Seen from Around the World.

Brilliant. Well worth the wait.
what? And not one iPhone shot in the bunch? That's odd.
This is both fascinating and odd. It's a small world, innit?
love the sliders, guys. Works like a charm on the iPhone.
You can tell a lot about someone by looking at their desk. It'll be a fun Saturday afternoon to browse through those time zones and visit people's sites.
Thanks for putting this together. It's completely other than what I thought it would be.
@Luke - I saw a couple iphones in there.
Well done Greg! Worth the wait.
whooohoooo!!!!
> Well done Greg! Worth the wait.
Thanks but I couldn't have done it without Ethan's markup magiks and Ryan's animal whisperer control of Expression Engine.
@brianwarren: Ah, you're right! Browsing at home now. Much easier and faster than in traffic!
My favorite is David Evenson in the -7 Category. Beautiful shot. Fish eye, no less!
A real contender for Horizontal Way. Slick work.
I liked the chaos of +10 Piers Morgan.
Hi,
Is there a problem with my browser or were there no entries for 0 GMT?
Maybe I did something wrong, but it looks like more timezones than not don't have a pic.
We don't have entries for every time zone, hopefully now that this is live we'll plug those holes. In fact this morning I received a lovely entry for GMT 0.
In a word...BRILLIANT. I can't believe it's been six months...I've got a new monitor now! My desk is still a mess, though!
I love it. Fabulous design!
What typeface is your title in? Looks like Futura, but I can't tell for certain. Either way looks great, bravo!
A lot of Airbaggers are Mac users. Interesting. And the guy from Florida uses the exact same High Vista Diner desktop that I have on my MacBook Pro.
Dandy.
Maybe you started a trend in the blogosphere.
